When I started out going to Trinity, I have to say they were very helpful, informative and had a nice selection. I was so happy with them that I gave them a bunch of business. But they don’t stand behind their promotions. I accumulated approximately $700 worth of promotion bucks. I like to save them up for Christmas. So, back in December, I walked in and placed an order and informed them that I had some bonus bucks for the purchase. They told me that they don’t know what happened, but I had $0 in bonus. No notice, no e-mail informing me, no nothing. I asked to have a manager contact me, and I have called back three times asking for a manager to contact me. I have received nothing. No calls, no correspondence. Be careful with Trinity. They don’t stand behind their promotions.

I love going here. The workers are so nice and hold a lot of good info. They always let me know if their promotions. Clean place, and always smells amazing. 😉 Friendly atmosphere. I forever enjoy my visits! …

I go all the time and haven’t had a single negative experience. Everyone is always super friendly and ready and willing to help with whatever questions I have. Trinity is the best!

Friendly staff, great products. I really enjoyed the peanut butter chocolate edible bars. Very consistent on dosage. I’ve only had some bad bud a few times but who hasn’t. I like their reward program on your birthday you get $20 off of anything in the store. Great location. Next to some good food joints 😂

I've been to over half the dispensaries in our state and Trinity remains my favorite. The staff is amazing and has remained consistent for many years. They still take meaningful care of patients even with having expanded into adult use. Thanks for making me so proud of my hometown dispensary.

The staff is very kind. It's a weird set up, though, and since it was my first time at this location, I wasn't sure how it all worked. My ONLY complaint is that they only hold your order til the end of business on pickup day (not even necessarily 24 hours). I went in <24 hours after my scheduled pickup time, and it had been put back into inventory because I hadn't picked up by the end of the previous business day. I think that a text message or some kind of communicative reminder about this policy would have been nice. The staff, however, was accomodating, and they got one of the itmes I'd ordered.

Keith has been a great help on the medical side. He knows his stuff and does the absolutely best to get the client's exactly what they are wanting or at least close to it, if they are out of stock! Thanks Keith keep up the great work!!!
